These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the All Things Bees platform at allthingsbees.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using any part of the All Things Bees platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Membership and Access
All Things Bees offers free and paid membership tiers. Your access to features depends on your current membership tier. We reserve the right to modify the features included in each tier with reasonable notice to members.
Educational Materials
All course content, workshop materials, videos, and written resources on the platform are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, beekeeping practices vary by region and circumstance. Always consult local regulations and experienced beekeepers before making decisions about your hives.
User Conduct
You agree to use the platform in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal. You must not impersonate other users or share another member's private information without consent. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, logos, and platform design are owned by All Things Bees or our content partners and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Content you post to the community remains yours; by posting it you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid memberships are available on a monthly ($14.99/month) or annual ($149.99/year) basis. Payments are processed securely by Square. Recurring subscriptions are billed by Square at the start of each billing period. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout based on your location. We do not store full payment-card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may submit a cancellation request through your All Things Bees account at any time. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your Square subscription or stop future charges — you must also cancel your subscription directly in Square to prevent future billing. Access continues until the end of your paid-through period. Cancellation requests do not automatically issue refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your access to paid content will end immediately.
Disclaimers
The platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Beekeeping involves inherent risks; we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the application of information found on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Things Bees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered members of material changes by email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
